At Tutupetti, every order is prepared with care and inspected before shipping. This Return & Exchange Policy explains the conditions under which returns or exchanges may be accepted.
Order Confirmation
Customers are responsible for reviewing all product details carefully before placing an order, including size, color, quantity, design, and shipping information.
Once payment has been completed, the order will enter the preparation and processing stage. At this point, the order cannot be canceled, refunded, or changed, except in cases confirmed by Tutupetti.
Returns
Tutupetti does not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, wrong color selection by the customer, or personal preference after receiving the product.
Because our products are clothing items for children, we maintain strict quality and hygiene standards. Returned items cannot always be resold safely, so returns are only considered in special cases.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be accepted only if the item received has a confirmed issue caused by Tutupetti, such as:
The wrong product was sent.
The wrong size or color was sent compared to the confirmed order.
The item has a manufacturing defect.
The item was damaged before delivery.
To request an exchange, customers must contact us within a reasonable time after receiving the order and provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.
Conditions for Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must meet the following conditions:
The product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
The product must remain in its original condition.
Tags, labels, and packaging must be kept if applicable.
Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.
The issue must be reviewed and confirmed by Tutupetti.
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for exchange.
Non-Exchangeable Items
Tutupetti does not accept exchanges for items that have been used, washed, damaged by the customer, altered, or returned without prior confirmation from our team.
Items purchased in the wrong size, wrong color, or wrong quantity due to customer selection are not eligible for exchange unless otherwise approved by Tutupetti.
Return Shipping Costs
If the exchange is approved due to an error caused by Tutupetti, we will provide further instructions regarding the return or replacement process.
If any additional shipping cost is required due to incorrect information provided by the customer, failed delivery, refusal to receive the package, or other customer-related reasons, the customer will be responsible for the cost.
Refunds
Refunds are generally not available after payment has been completed.
A refund may only be considered if Tutupetti confirms that the ordered product is out of stock, unavailable, or affected by a system error that prevents us from fulfilling the order.
